Sweetness... Its In There!

So I took these with my iphone today so that explains why they are a little blurry. We are moved but not moved in. I do not really want to talk about the new house because I am not really over the old one. I went to lunch with Sarah... close friend and old neighbor :( She brought along her 2.5 week old son Eli who Cohen just loves! Does this mean we have to have another soon????

So Sarah set Eli's seat down as we chatted curbside after lunch so Cohen just plopped down legs spread (top photo) in attempts to hold and rock baby Eli. It was the cutest thing, especially since it was not force. He just did it on his own. Then he proceeded to have to help Sarah carry the seat to the car and of course since he is boss he had to take the helm and lead the way. It had Sarah rolling and saying man I am glad I had a girl first. (She had two back to back girl then boy and now 9 years after her first Eli... she loves the help from the older two)

Just when I was worried that Cohen was going to continue on his path of aggressive behavior... biting, hitting, punching, biting, swinging his bat at everyone and everything, climbing, kicking, hitting, screaming, swinging his arms... I can go on. He does something sweet and nurturing like this. He did however rock Eli with some force but his intentions were to be sweet. Cohen goes at everything full force with 100% effort. I love that about him but man he needs to tone it down a bit since his force is that of weight lifter and his effort is that of an NFL running back trying to break tackles to reach the end-zone!

Have I mentioned that he does not go to daycare and I certainly don't hit (Jeremy would beg to differ since from time-to-time I give him a good ass whooping) so I am convinced that this behavior is just inheritanly boy and behavior that is going to be just because he is just that... A BOY! None-the-less Cohen is going to get his ass kicked the first day of daycare or school, which ever comes first... unless I do it before the other kids get to him. I swear until today with Eli I was convinced that military boarding school was certainly in his future. Thank you Eli for bringing out the sweet in my sweet thing!

Our "BULLY BOY" Is that a big bruise on his forehead Mom? How did the test results go? Today was the day, right? Remember, Home is where the heart is, where a family lies their head each night.

Big Hugs

Yes, that is a bruise on his forehead and scrapes on his chin. Not sure how they got there. Probably one of his many falls as of late. Test results came back clean with low levels of enzyme deficiency regarding his ability to digest sugar and starch but nothing like what they originally thought. So he is in the clear to eat sweets and carbs just in moderation! Never pop though. It will go right through him. Yes, Sun I am brave... I would do another but never three. Your the brave one. I agree he does need a sibling.
