Who Needs The Real Thing!

Who needs a real pumpkin patch? Not my kid! Today Grandma and I took Cohen to the local QFC after work, dressed him in his Halloween costume and plopped him down onto all their pumpkins that were for sale. So the lesson to everyone here is... Save money on the gas that it will take you to drive out to the pumpkin patch and the money they ding you for just to visit the patch and visit your local grocery for a pumpkin photo shoot. Your 5.5 month old will never know the difference. Plus he drew a great crowd and made a bunch of older ladies day! Really I am just cheap and lazy but seriously, save the money, visit your local grocer!

Payton Andrew!

I went to visit the latest addition to the 2008 boom of babies... Payton Andrew Kalamakis! Proud momma Katie was great and let me just do my photography thing. Payton is so alert and so easy going. Lets not forget to mention he is also absolutely adorable too. I have these pictures to prove it! Congrats Katie and Trav. He is perfect!

You Can't Fool Us Grumpa!

Anyone who knows my Dad, knows that he is ornery. Therefore, he has earned the name Grumpa, since he is a grump. We all know he really isn't and that its all just a front... because Grumpa has really just become a sweet old fart and all he really wants is for everyone to think he is a mean, rough and tough old man. These pictures show Gumpa's soft side! You can't fool us old man... you are not really as tough and gruff as you try to come across. 

Cohen spent the day with Grumpa. All three of us went to Costco which took longer than it needed to since Grumpa likes to discuss everything he sees...  Needless to say Cohen fell asleep and before he knew it his day with Grumpa at Costco was over.  

A Sneak Peek

Since we will be in Seattle for Halloween, Jeremy wanted to put Cohen in his costume for some pics. I wasn't going to post any until Halloween but I couldn't resist posting this shot of Koda, Jeremy's true love and my girl and our little monster, Cohen! How cute are they together?

Cohen Concurs The Space Needle!

Today Cohen and I prepare to take on Seattle. We are spending the day packing and organizing to take a long trip home to see family and friends. We head out tomorrow morning and as you can tell from the pictures above Cohen, without a doubt is ready to concur the Space Needle! Get ready Seattle.... Cohen is headed your way!

Beer and Bottle!

So I opened up our fridge to get Cohen a bottle and it hit me... beer, bottles and a teething ring! What does that tell you about having a baby? Hmmm... Maybe that it will lead you to drink! 

Oh Momma's Boy!

On Sunday I took a client to the Bentonville Square for a photo shoot. For my out of state bloggers...  yes, Bentonville is the home of Wal-Mart and as a matter of fact just yards from where we took these photos there is the Wal-Mart museum. Wonderful isn't that????

 Downtown Bentonville and the square is really cute and so is 2 year old Brayden and his mom Amber. Hope you all enjoy some of their best shots!

My Kid Is Tall... Okay Skinny Too!

We have to take Cohen to the doctor every month to weigh and measure him to make sure that he is putting on weight. We went to his 5 month appointment yesterday and he weighed in at a whopping 13.10 lbs (10th percentile) but measures in height around 26.5 inches (75 percentile). So he is tall like his Poppa and skinny like a bean pole. Keep on packin' on those pounds, skinny butt!

Rockin' My Cons!

Who doesn't love a pair of Converse shoes? Just a few days after turning 5 months Cohen can finally fit in his. He has a red pair too but they are a bit big still. So until then Cohen will be rockin' these cons!

5 Months Old!

Cohen turned 5 months old yesterday. He is really growing and changing fast everyday. He amazes me with all he does. Sitting solo, rolling over, pushing up, trying to stand, eating his feet, playing solo with his toys in his exersaucer... now if I could only get him to hold his own bottle and change his 10 stinky diapers he has everyday I would be even more proud!

Above are pictures I took from over the weekend of Jeremy's friends from work Joey and Jayme. They have two wonder kids that made for some wonderful picture taking. I have never been around a group of people that laugh so much together... maybe that is why they are so happy together. Could it really just be that simple? I am guessing so!

Rub-A-Dub-Dub

This little bean loves bath time. Today we took a dip in the soaking tub in our master bath and he loved the bubbles. He even tried to eat them and everything! He is a nut!

McDream Baby!

He is cute and he knows it. He puckers his full lips, bats his beautiful big blue eyes and flirts with strangers. He makes the funniest faces at the most inopportune times. He is a chic magnet and can smile on que! He is dreamy and he is my guy. I sure am lucky! I call him McDream Baby!

Just shy of 5 months - Turns 5 months on Monday the 6th. Wow!
